If you would like to know more about becoming a Habitat Homeowner, please fill out the information below:

The information you provide will be used to identify your interest in the Habitat for Humanity of Martin County Homeownership Program. Additionally, it will help Habitat identify the need for housing in Martin County. All personal information such as name, address, and phone numbers will be kept confidential.

Please note that the information you are about to submit is NOT an application but simply a pre-questionnaire. The application process involves income verification, a background check, a credit history review, and other factors that you have not been asked for yet. Also, please note Habitat does not have a waiting list.  Clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
