If you would like to know more about becoming a Habitat Homeowner, please fill out the information below:

The information on this sheet will be used to identify your interest in, and quailfication for, Habitat’s Homeownership Program, as well as help Habitat identify the need for housing in Martin County.
All personal information such as name, address and phone numbers will be kept confidential.

Please note that the information you are about to submit is NOT an application but simply a pre-questionnaire. The application process involves income verification, a background check, a credit history and other factors that you have not been asked for yet. Also, please note Habitat does not have a waiting list.  Clients are served based on a first come, first served basis.

If you have credit issues and would like assistance to help solve them, please contact one of the following HUD approved Credit Counseling Agencies for a free Budget and Credit Counseling:
 

 

FREE Credit Reports. Federal Law allows you to:

  • Get a free copy of your credit report every 12 months from each credit report company (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian).
     
  • Ensure that the information on all your credit reports is correct and up to date.

COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, social distancing guidelines and state regulations, we require that all ReStore customers wear protective face coverings while shopping in either of our stores. Please limit touching items to those you intend to purchase. 
 
Due to COVID-19, We prefer our pickups to be "contactless" Your items would need to be in a garage, patio, carport, or outside (weather permitting). Donations receipts will be emailed after pickup occurs. If this is not possible, we will enter your home, if you are wearing a mask. This is for your safety and the safety of our employees. Please call (772) 223-9940 for donation pickup options. Deliveries are still halted at this point.
 
 In an overabundance of caution, we are still not accepting volunteers in either of the ReStores or on the construction sites until further notice.
