Habitat for Humanity of Martin County hosts Annual Tool Drive, Dec. 7-18

STUART, Fla., Dec. 3, 2009 – Planning to clean out your tool shed or garage in the near future? Donate your unwanted tools to Habitat for Humanity of Martin County where they will be put to good use, building a brighter future for deserving members of your community.

 

Habitat for Humanity of Martin County will accept tool donations during their Annual Tool Drive, Dec. 7-18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

New and used tools, including hammers, screwdrivers, drills, shovels, tape measures, levels, paint brushes, etc. are among the items accepted. These tools will be used for Habitat’s homebuilding efforts and as ReStore merchandise to fund Habitat programs and services.

 

Donations will be collected at the Habitat for Humanity of Martin County ReStore and administrative offices located at 2555 S.E. Bonita Street in Stuart, situated southeast of the intersection of Indian Street and Old Dixie Highway.

 

Please note: the ReStore and administrative offices will be closed Sunday, Dec. 13.
